This program is for the purpose of accelerating spiritual growth in yourself and your clients. It is suitable for healthcare practitioners. You will open and deepen your abilities. The program is not for the purpose of going deeply into psychic phenomena. It is a path toward wholeness, Oneness, and becoming consciously responsible for aligning with your Divine Destiny and connection with God/Goddess/All That Is.

This training is specifically to enhance your resilience, be in your own higher alignment and powerfully hold space for your clients. I will guide you specifically how you can enhance your offer, clear negative energies out of the space and consciously raise the frequencies in your body and your office space. This includes appropriate self-clearing in preparation for the multidimensional work. This training is based on Multi-dimensional work and my 35 years of movement/somatics and intense inner spiritual work. You will learn how to read energies and consciously work with them.

Retreats are a beautiful way to inquire into the depth of your soul’s whispers. Enjoy silence, meditation, and movement. Share the time with like-minded people. Connect with colleagues.

Silence of speech, silence of senses, silence of the body, and while keeping an inner state of silence moving the body, consciously using our senses, mindfully using speech. This is an opportunity to move into complete silence, slowly out of it and back into it, until we master keeping in touch with silence as a foundation within.

This retreat will combine movement with time for sitting meditation, meditative walking, time in nature, journaling and an opportunity for private coaching sessions.

We will explore our mind-field, watch our rigidity about how we think situations should be, practice fluidity to go with sudden shifts and changes and train our awareness about what is actually happening in the present moment. We will further practice how to keep a state of inner stillness (while moving with a partner or the group as an in between step to daily life situations – only in the in-person retreat).

This is a unique opportunity to witness the mind.

We will start the retreat by checking in and an overview of the five days.
There will be space for questions and intention setting, prayer, and meditation with movement.

All zoom classes after the initial start will either be group practices or Q&A. Mostly 11 am will be space for questions, but we will go with the flow.

On the last day, we will complete with a ceremony of accomplishment, gratitude, and a conversation on how to integrate the experience in the days and weeks to come.

Prerequisite: Experience in sitting meditation.

Inner Preparation: Take time to set an intention.

What to bring: Wear clothes in layers for dancing and sitting meditation. Please, have paper (journal) and pen (crayons) ready. Drink lots of water and have light healthy snacks in the breaks.


In-person retreat would be $645. Accommodation separately.
